The “Now” Normal In Banking

In March, SRM conducted a survey to improve visibility around how community financial institutions were handling the impacts of the crisis. Click here for the report of our findings.

SRM is now collecting data on emerging trends, changes in customer behavior, and expectations for the future among banking and credit union professionals as they adapt to the "now" normal.

The results will be analyzed and shared to help the financial services community gain a clearer line of sight on the Road to Recovery. All answers will be kept anonymous.
